Strategic investment brings expanded roofing and building envelope capabilities under the Bel-Mac name, backed by established local leadership and additional resources.
SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. — October 22, 2026— Bel-Mac Roofing and Seashore Construction announced they are joining forces through a strategic investment from Acacia Exterior Building Group, a platform based in Alexandria, Virginia, that partners with established regional contractors to support their long-term growth.
The combined organization will operate under the Bel-Mac name, bringing together two businesses with longstanding roots in Northwest Florida. Existing local leadership will remain in place as the companies bring their teams and complementary capabilities together to better serve customers throughout the region.
Founded in 1995, Bel-Mac has built its reputation on roofing expertise, dependable service and long-term customer relationships. Seashore Construction, founded in 2005, brings complementary experience in waterproofing, exterior restoration, concrete repair and construction. Together, the companies offer a broader range of services to help customers protect, maintain and improve their buildings.

Supporting Local Teams and Long-Term Growth
