Project Summary

At Blue Tide, a multi-unit condominium and townhome building on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Bel-Mac removed all of the stucco cladding and repaired extensive framing and termite damage. New PGT windows and sliding glass doors were installed, including Series HR5410, HR5510, PW5420, PW5520, 5570 and 5500, along with Hardie siding and Plastpro DRG60 six-panel doors.

The exterior was waterproofed, caulked and coated with a Sherwin-Williams self-cleaning acrylic coating. Our teams also completed concrete restoration and installed a Neogard pedestrian traffic coating on the unit balconies. The whole project was finished on a compressed timeline.
