Project type: Exterior restoration, window and door replacement, waterproofing

Project Summary

At Destin Harbor Resort, a high-rise condominium in Destin, Florida, Bel-Mac completed a full exterior restoration. Our teams staged and completed stucco repairs and concrete restoration, and installed new exterior canopies. New EFCO Series 5XPT sliding glass doors and EFCO Series 6621 fixed windows were installed to project specifications.

To seal the building against Gulf weather, the entire exterior was re-caulked and coated with a Sherwin-Williams self-cleaning acrylic coating system. At the unit balconies, our crews installed a Neogard pedestrian walkway coating system. Destin Harbor Resort now has a new building envelope from the windows and doors to the balconies.
