Project Summary

Bel-Mac built Distillery 98, a vodka distillery in South Walton Commerce Park in South Walton County, Florida, from the ground up. The facility covers more than 10,000 square feet and brings production, bottling, warehousing, offices and a guest experience under one roof.

The building includes warehousing and office space, distillation, production and bottling areas, a bar and a mezzanine entertainment level. Beyond the building itself, the project included complete site infrastructure, stormwater management, fencing and significant landscaping. Handling the whole job gave the owners one team accountable from site work to opening day. Distillery 98 is an example of the new commercial construction Bel-Mac delivers in South Walton and along the Emerald Coast.
