At Dunes of Seagrove in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Bel-Mac removed the existing mansard and installed new steel framing. A mansard sits at the top of the building, exposed to wind, sun and salt air, and the framing behind it takes the brunt of that exposure over time.
