Project Summary

Bel-Mac restored the exterior of Park Place, a condominium on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Our teams completed stucco repairs, then waterproofed the entire exterior with the Dow Allguard silicone waterproofing system and sealants.

Pedestrian deck coatings were installed, and the property’s large aluminum louver panels were blasted and powder coated. Park Place now has a sealed exterior, coated decks and refinished louvers.
